We're on the lookout for a sixth housemate (student only) to join our 6-bed house on Grange Avenue, Reading. The house is spacious - 3 floors, a large kitchen, 3 shared bathrooms, and apparently has been recently refurnished. Tenancy starts 1st July 2024 and ends at 31st July 2025 so it will be a 13-months contract. Rent is £625 per month without bills. (Your room is shown in the pictures.)

The property is conveniently located within walking distance to Whiteknights Campus Reading University and provides a variety of local amenities and transport links to Reading town centre.

The property further benefits from double glazing, gas central heating, private rear garden and permit parking.

We're a group of five university students (4 guys and 1 girl) all on our placement year. We're a friendly and easy-going group, and we're hoping to fill in the room as soon as possible. Please DM for more information.
