The landlord:
The landlord is a private landlord so you wouldn't have to deal with agencies. She's responsive and gets things sorted out quickly.

The boring bits:
Rent is £620 a month with council tax, water and TV license amounting to £40, plus other bills managed by the housemates coming to ~£50 each month. Council tax band B.
