We have a top-floor double bedroom available in our friendly 4-bed house. Our current tenant is moving out, so we're looking for a new housemate to join our home.

About the House:
Location: Reading, near Whiteknights Lake
Current Housemates: Three professionals
Two are 24-year-old electronics engineers working locally

Shared Spaces:
Kitchen
Dining room (Dinning Table and Chairs)
Lounge (TV, Sofa, and chairs)
Back garden with patio
Spare Bedroom

About the Room:
Type: Double bedroom
Furnishing: Unfurnished with just a bedframe
Negotiable Items: The current tenant is willing to negotiate on selling a desk, wardrobe, and mattress

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a friendly, responsible individual who will fit in well with the current housemates. If you're interested, please provide some information about yourself and why you're interested in the room.

12 month contract minimum

References and proof of income will be required in the signing process.

Street parking requires a permit, currently both tenants are using the two permits. A 3rd permit can be granted by the council on a case by case basis but I can’t guarantee it will be approved.
