Bright and spacious double room overlooking a park

This cozy double room on the first floor features a king size bed, a big wardrobe and two chests of drawers. The little sofa can be moved out if you don’t want it - or stay in if you do. :) The bathroom is on the same floor and has a bathtub with shower. You’d only be sharing the bathroom with on other person who is often travelling for extended periods at a time.

The house is a friendly 4 bedroom house share. The live-in landlord is Duncan, who’s an avid climber and often away for long periods at a time. The other lodger lives at the top floor with his little French bulldog mix. He’s a workaholic and hardly ever home, so the place is very quiet.

The house also features spacious shared areas at the ground floor, a big dining/board games room, a separate living room with a massive sofa and a fireplace, and a big, fully equipped kitchen. Out the back we also have a terrace and garden.

The house is well located, about a 10 min walk from Reading West train station. There are a Tesco Extra and several small supermarkets only a few minutes walk away. The house is right opposite the park with ample parking most of the time, we also have a driveway around the back if needed.

All bills are included and we have fast 900mb broadband.
