Bright and spacious double room overlooking a park

This large double room overlooking the park features a Double bed, a large triple wardrobe and two chests of drawers. There is also a small 2 seater sofa in there at the moment, but I can be flexible with furniture, I could try to sort out a desk if required. The bathroom is on the same floor and has a bathtub with shower. You’d only be sharing the bathroom with me if I am around.

The house also features spacious shared areas at the ground floor, a big dining/board games room, a separate living room with a massive sofa (perhaps 2) and a fireplace, and a big, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Out the back we also have a terrace and garden with bbq etc.

The house is well located, about a 10 min walk from Reading West train station. There are a Tesco Extra and several small supermarkets only a few minutes walk away. The house is right opposite the park with ample parking most of the time, we also have a driveway around the back if needed.

All bills are included and we have super fast 900mb broadband.

My existing lodger has a room on the top floor with his own bathroom. He runs his own gym and is a delight to live with! very clean, respectful and kind. he has a little French bulldog mix but the dog isn't generally around the house.

I am an active outdoorsy type, my partner Nina who is also here sometimes although she's currently travelling in her van with her border collie. We are all pretty relaxed and laid back.

I am looking for a friendly house mate to live with me, I like to cook and occasionally we have meals together, and generally look out for one another.

I will be asking to perform a Tenant Referencing check. Unfortunately my previous lodger was.... not cool! So I am keen to avoid that.
