I have a small double room available in a two bed flat that is a five minute walk from reading town centre.
I will be living in the flat with you so I am looking for a housemate.
I am clean and tidy. The Kitchen, bathroom, and living room are all communal.
I would love someone that I can get on with and be friends with but will also respect each other’s space and privacy. I work full time in hospitality and would also prefer another professional.
The flat is pretty much furnished apart from the room itself (which only has a mattress) so you’re more than welcome to do it up as you wish.
Please note there is a referencing fee through the agency I rent from.
Please also note that bills are not included so altogether it will be about £800 a month at most.
