We are looking for a lodger for our lovely single but spacious room. Laid back household, just my son and I and a small, black cat. There is a garden and we are only a short walk from the University of Reading. I am a Graphic Designer and Mural Artist and he is a Gardener.

Our house is situated in a quiet road and the room backs on to the garden. There is plenty of parking on the wide road, which is a dead end so virtually no passing traffic.
20-25 minutes walk to Reading town centre
Bus routes within a very short walk.
Shops, pub, restaurants a short walk including the best chinese restaurant ever!
DETAILS: Single bed with comfortable mattress, shared bathroom. Desk and chair in room plus chest of drawers and hanging space.
Shared use of kitchen with washing machine use.

Shared use of conservatory sitting room when I'm not using it for working.
