Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining & lounge. The bedroom is fully furnished. All bills are included. Parking available in the back garden. You can also park on the road at the front if you wish but that is on the road.
Bus stops into town are just 5 mins walk from the house. 5 mins walk to the nearest gp, 10 mins walk to the nearest big supermarkets of Aldi, Morrissons and a retail centre where you also find a fuel station. Primary schools, Kendrick girls & Reading girls schools & Reading university all within easy 30mins walking distance. 30 mins walk to Reading town main train station where you can get fast trains to London Paddington in 25 minutes. Off license shops and independent restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Green parks for walking or clycling within 30 minutes walk.
