Room in friendly student/professional house

We have a furnished single room available for 13 months in our 6 bed, 2.5 bathroom house in Reading.

The 5 of us are on professional placement for a year in the area and need a 6th person to complete the house.

We’re a group of very friendly females looking for a housemate and a friend. We’re a versatile group who enjoy group activities and nights out along with chill nights in.

The room would be available from the 16th of August 2024 until the 15th of September 2025.

Rent is £550 a month and bills should come to about £50 a month.
There is currently no parking available as our 2 allocated permits are already in use. A 3rd permit can be granted by the council on a case-by-case basis but this cannot be guaranteed.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV and bathrooms. The house is within walking distance of Reading University, an Aldi and is only a 15 minute bus journey from Reading station.

We’re seeking a friendly, responsible individual who will fit in well with the 5 of us. If you’re interested please provide some information about yourself and why you’re interested in the room.
