We are looking for a new tenant to join the four professionals already living in this splendid 5 bedroomed Edwardian house share in Russell Street, Reading.

The room available is a double room. The furniture includes a fitted wardrobe, 4 drawer chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, desk and chair. The tenant shares a shower room with two other people. There are two other cloakrooms each with a toilet and handbasin.

The house is 7 minutes walk from Reading town centre and 15 minutes from Reading mainline train station, with London Paddington a 30 minute train journey.

All bills, including high speed Wi-fi throughout the house, are included in the price, along with a cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener.

Communal areas include a large, well equipped kitchen/dining room, and a comfortable separate lounge leading to a conservatory and then, through patio doors, to decking overlooking the garden.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, tumble dryer and two fridge/freezers. There is plenty of cupboard and worktop space. The kitchen is also equipped with utensils, pans and crockery. The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas, and a TV. The conservatory is also furnished with seating for five people.
