Double Bedroom with En-suite - RG6

This double bedroom with en-suite is based in 4 bedroom new build (7 years old) house in Earley, close to Woodley. The existing residents are a married couple in our 40s, both professionals with children who have left home. We also have two friendly cats.

The accommodation includes shared access to a large kitchen with living space (sofa and sky tv), garden access and on-street parking. Buses are a 2 minute walk away which go to Reading Station in less than 15 minutes and Reading University.

We are looking for a mature student or professional, who is friendly and easy to live with.

All bills are included, including high-speed broadband and although not part of the tenancy agreement, currently includes Sky TV in the bedroom.
