Master Bedroom

Hello ,
I have moved to my house a year ago and renovated this master bedroom with nice bright sunny window . The room is furnished with new bed , mattress , and Big ikea new wardrobe in the room .
This is not a party house , but occasion friend gathering for lunch or dinner is welcome .
Shared living room , dining area and garden (currently under maintenance ). This room is for single occupancy ideally female and sharing with just me (one person ). Vodafone broadband ,Netflix
10 min walk to reading west station
25 min walk to town centre
Bus station in 3 min walk
5min walk to big tesco( opens till late)

About me :
I work as an Executive Assistant in office hours , wfh 2/3 days a week , newly home owner and just moved from London. I have shared a flat with one flatmate a year here and we got along very well . Shame she is now moving with her boyfriend hence why the vacancy. I like to stay active with gym, sports , markets , travel , or sometime sofa potato. There is always a space for a company to workout , coffee or an occasional bottle of something (lol). I am open minded , mature , easy going and love life and try to see positive in everything .
Negative : I hate dirty dishes in the sink (lol) . Good thing I have a dishwasher so it’s easy to hide when you can’t cleanup .
About you :
Mature , easy going , fun ,open minded , humour ,tidy, looks after the place as their own and equally give each other their private space. Adventurous to try any food because I like to share my cooking (not a deal breaker ) .Maybe not WFH but depending on the situation I can be open to discuss.
