We have 2 beautiful rooms available in a student house to share for 4th year undergrads. We’re ideally looking for a final year (3rd or 4th), Masters or PhD student. The rooms are for sole occupancy.

All our rooms are furnished with double beds, mattresses, wardrobes, desks and chairs. All have en-suite bedrooms.

The brand new kitchen come with 2 fridge freezers, a huge range cooker, separate washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher and dining space.

The cost specified here is rent only. Bills will be extra (estimated £60-80 per month)
