Contact us now to view our beautiful student houses, available for next academic year. Thoughtfully designed for groups of 6 students, our properties exceed the safety and specifications mandated by Reading Council.

Located in the popular student areas we have 6-bedroom properties at a range of prices. All our rooms are furnished with double beds, mattresses, wardrobes, desks and chairs. Most have en-suite bedrooms.

The modern kitchens come with 2 fridge freezers, large cookers, separate washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher and dining space.

The houses are available to groups of 6 students only and are not available on a room by room basis. The cost specified here is rent only per person per month. It is equivalent to £173.08-157.69 per person per week. Bills are not included in this rent.
