Spare room at Kendrick hall

Kendrick hall is situated within the centre or reading, roughly a 10-15min walk to town centre and a 20min walk to white nights campus. I am trying to find a replacement student (can only accept students) as I have left uni in hopes of a different career path. The en-suite room has a good amount of storage, a section to hang your clothes, and a small double bed, there is a kitchen/living room area at the end of the hall which is shared between your flat mates.

All bills are included and the contract ranges from 40+ weeks however mine will be less so depending when you are in touch it’ll be less.
