I have a three double rooms available spread across the 1st and second floor in a semi detached house.

The entrance is shared and me and wife live on the ground floor, we are quiet, clean and respectful and are looking for like minded tenants. You will have you're own living space.

The house is on a quiet residential road with on street parking available, there are lots of local amenities within walking distance and numerous only a short walk away.

The bathroom has been newly refurbished and all rooms redecorated. All furniture aside from wardrobes will be brand new. Pictures are of the rooms while they were previously occupied.

Couples are welcome but the rent will have to be negotiated. If you would like all three rooms we can let for £1750 inclusive of bills.

The rooms are available fully furnished or urfurnished whatever the tenants needs and desks are also available if required.
