Studio in central Reading in the University area

Newly renovated and self contained ground floor studio (including fully equipped kitchen and bathroom) with own front door, off street parking, and garden access. Attached to period property on a quiet road within walking distance of the University and Hospital.

It’s a 5 minute walk to the 17 bus route to the town centre and station. There are 2 local co-ops within walking distance. The studio is fully furnished with a sofa bed that can be made into double bed if needed. We are family of four living in the main house looking for a like minded occupant for the studio.

Note this is best suited for a Mon-Fri agreement. If you are looking for 7 days we would recommend this for a short term let only. Mon-Fri would pay a reduced rate per month.
