Hey! I need to find someone who wants to take over my tenancy of a studio room in a student accommodation CityBlock, Berkshire House, Kings Road (7 mins walk to town centre) because I’m going back to my country. Please let me know if you are interested or have any lead of a friend who is willing to.

So basically, the rent is originally £257 per week paid termly of 4 months, but since you’d help me I’ll give it for you £230 per week. Therefore, you’d have to pay £3680 in 13th of January 2025 and another £3680 in 28th of April 2025. You won’t have to pay anything else until 20th of August 2025.
