I have two spacious rooms available my friendly and sociable home!

Room 1:

A lovely, inviting room that can comfortably fit a king-size bed with room to spare. This room features tall ceilings, a large window that fills the space with natural light, and ample wardrobe storage, giving you plenty of space to make it your own. The room is unfurnished, providing a blank canvas for your personal touch.

Room 2:

An even larger room, perfect for someone who needs extra space. While this room does not have built-in cupboard storage, it offers plenty of space to arrange your furniture and create your ideal setup. Like the first room, it is unfurnished, allowing you to personalise it to suit your style.

The house itself is fully furnished and located just a 15-minute walk from town, making it perfectly convenient yet tucked away in a peaceful area. You’ll be sharing the home with one respectful 27-year-old male housemate who is friendly, sociable, and enjoys activities like cooking, going to the gym, visiting pubs.

• A bright and comfortable conservatory, ideal for relaxing with a book or enjoying your morning coffee.
