Superior Self-contained Studio CityBlock Reading

Hi, im a student currently living in the superior self-contained studio that is in cityblock reading and due to personal issues I am looking for other students that would replace my tenancy asap, my tenancy starts from august 2024 till august 2025. The studio is directly across from reading college, it is also 15-20 mins walk to the station or a 5 min bus ride away. The place is well maintained with free cleaning every friday at no cost, all bills included, free wifi, it is a clean and calm space. It is available on the 15th of January.
