1 bedroom with separate office space

I am moving out of my current house and need someone to take over my tenancy. Currently there is 4 of us living in house. The room I am letting out consists of 1 bedroom with a separate office space which I currently use for wardrobes and a desk.

The room is technically unfurnished but we can discuss leaving some of the furniture. The black chest of drawers, desk and tv are mine so will need to come with me when I move out. However I am happy for the bed wardrobes and other chest of drawers to be left

There is a shared living room and a bathroom which would be shared with you and 2 of the other housemates. There is a large kitchen.

We have a cleaner every other week who cleans the shared spaces

The bills are not included, but usually come to around £150 per month. This includes: internet, gas and electric, water, council tax.

Will need to come for a viewing first to meet the current housemates.
