Looking for someone to take over a former housemates tenancy, available from January 1st (or when suits you) until July 1st 2025. The room has a double bed, night stand, wardrobe, chest of draws, desk and chair, shelving and a full length mirror. The house is a terraced property in a student area, with a shared living room, kitchen, garden area, bathroom and second loo. Rent is £575 and bills are on a fixed package (unlimited water, gas, energy and tv licence) for just under £115 monthly. There are currently two girls (19&20) living in the property, both students.
