You would also have use of the shared open-plan living room with TV, two sofas, and fully equipped integrated kitchen (gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer).

There is a good sized balcony off the living room where you might find me on sunny evenings when the weather is right.

All bills are fully included, as well as use of the wifi (approx 40Mbps).

I’m a live-in landlord who works from home full-time, and tends to be an early bird. I’m passionate about travel and learning about other cultures, and also enjoy television or just relaxing with a good book.
