I have had to relocate so I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. Full time students only. Available from asap to 6th September 2025. I would consider any start date, but the end date is fixed.

1 bedroom flat (Separate bedroom), private shower room, large living room kitchen with breakfast bar, full size oven, 4 ring hob, full size fridge, microwave - all private. Very large desk. High speed internet.

There's also a large office space with multiple desks on the ground floor, as well as games room with free pool, football table and ping pong. And a cinema room that can also be booked for free.

The flat is on the top floor (there is a lift) and on the end so it's very quiet.

Location is a 5 minute walk to town, 10 minutes to station, about 35 minute walk to Whiteknights campus, 15 mins to London Road campus. There's a bus stop right outside with 24/7 buses to Whiteknights and it takes about 10 minutes.

You're welcome to view pretty much anytime. I've added a few items like a large rug, some curtains, sofa cover, and additional storage in the kitchen which I'd be happy to leave for free if you'd like, if not I'll remove them for you.
