This property lies in a quiet area. It only takes a short walk to a nearby Sainsbury’s Local located among other shops, restaurants, and services. Also nearby is the Asda supermarket which you can walk to within 15 minutes, and close to that is a leisure centre where you can swim, hit the gym or play a sport. Parking is available at the property. The nearby transport services are the Reading Buses 21 and 19b which can get you into town. The Earley train station is close with a 30 minute walk.

The upstairs bedroom is available for viewing. It is furnished with a bed, a bedside table, and a standing shelf (see more in photos). There is a bathroom opposite the room that is shared with another housemate upstairs. There are currently two housemates living at the property - one upstairs, one downstairs.

The kitchen is shared and there is a whole cupboard available for storage and space in a shared fridge/freezer as well. There is also a garden where you can relax when the weather permits. Smoking is allowed only in the garden.
