Property locates in the quiet but convenient region of Woodley.

10min walk to the Woodley high street. 1min walk to bus 13 and 5min walk to bus 14, both are frequent buses to the Reading station. 15m cycle to the Twyford station. If you drive, then it is 5min to get on A329/M4. And, a gym with swimming pool is 5min away. The Palmer park is 15min away, which features running track and velodrome.

The property owns a park space right outside the rear garden, which is available when I am not using it. Otherwise, the carpark has visitor parking space, or the street parking is not an issue (this area is safe). If you have an electric car like me, you are welcome to use the home charger that is connected to the 3.8kwh solar panels on the roof (but it won't be included in the bill).

The property has 3 bedroom and 2 toilets, I'd like to rent out the most spacious master bedroom, which is south/garden facing.

I stay away in London during Tue-Fri for work. You will have the property by yourself for the most of the week. The property has a cleaner visiting every fortnight.

Someone who is tidy and friendly is welcome, and sharing interests and conversations will be even better. Bringing in visitors is fine as long as they are not staying overnight. Always looking forward to meeting new friends. But I need rest and recharge, especially over the weekend, respecting each other space is essential.
