Variety of communal spaces, including a smoking area, courtyard with seating, there are balcony patios but they are currently under maintenance.

This is for University of Reading students only, im looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the summer, my last day at university is June 14th, but my tenancy ends August 29th 2025.

The room is not as pictured on their website, please see the photos attached. These were taken in 2023, the scaffolding has since come down/building work finished.

The room has a double bed, fridge, microwave oven, plenty of storage and cupboard space, a large desk and desk chair, a kitchen table/chairs under the counter, an electric hob and sink. Also a ensuite with a enclosed shower.

Its a 20 minute bus to the University/35 minute walk. Its <5 minutes to broad street/oracle/town centre and 5 minutes to Reading Station.
