We are four professionals in our twenties with a double bedroom available as I am leaving Reading and sadly will be moving out. We are looking for a sociable, like-minded professional to join the house. The rent is £465 per month plus bills which usually come to around £170.

The spacious three-story modern townhouse is in an excellent location in Central Reading, less than 10 mins walk to the Oracle shopping centre and 20 mins walk to the train station. The street is quiet and safe and the house is located on a private road, which has a lovely neighbourly feel, and allows for on-drive parking plus guest parking (a rare thing in Reading - also helps with insurance!).

The house is very spacious and comes with all modern amenities; large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer, garden with a table, chair and sun loungers, loads of additional storage space, 2x bathrooms (with a powerful shower + bath), and a large shared living room with a projector.

The room is unfurnished but I am happy to discuss leaving the bedroom furnishings if you like.
