Large Double near Central Reading

Large double room available towards the end of May as I'm moving in with my partner.

The house is just outside central Reading, within ten minutes walk of the Oracle and 20 mins from the station. Two parking spaces on the drive plus a couple of permits for the road itself.

Shared living room, nice sized kitchen/dining room and a patio out the back. We have a cleaner in one a fortnight to do the communal spaces. There's a bathroom shared between three and a downstairs toilet.

There's a built in wardrobe in the room, and altough technically unfurnished I'm happy to do a deal on most of the bits as I'm only planning to take the sideboard, desk chair and small walnut cupboard next to the PC. The TV does make the room seem smaller, but for context it's a king size bed and a 55" TV.

Bills are managed via Splitwise and you'll need to take on at least one of the bills - council tax, water, internet and cleaner. Energy is being picked up by another housemate. They total roughly £175 a month so with rent it'd be about £675 all in.

The date it's available from may be flexible depending on the person and my application for the other place.
