I have a spare double room to rent. The house and room is clean and tidy with local shops nearby. Me and my husband are the only people living. I am looking for a female occupant.
The house will be shared with us including Kitchen, Sitting room, Dining room . The bathroom can be used by occupants only.
The room will be fully furnished including office table, chair, bedside draw, wardrobe.
There is a bus route (no. 21) to the Reading university which only takes 5 minutes, you can even walk which will take about 15 minutes.
Asda, Iceland, M&S, McDonald/KFC/Subway/Domino's are only 0.3 miles close.
The main highway M4 is also very close.
We are looking for a professional or full time student who is clean and tidy and happy to get along easily. All bills are included plus Sky internet.
