Room To Rent In The Student Are

I want to sublet my room at a 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms house right next to cafe yolk (the main student area). It's 15 min walk to the main campus of University of Reading, 20 min walk to the town center and there are 2 bus stops 3-9 mins walking distant. The price is £630pcm not incl bills. My lease is until the september but you can sign a longer lease with the landlord if you want to.
