Three lovely king size rooms set in a boutique house share.

When it comes to looking for your new home we understand that it's a balance between the property and fellow house mates. With this in mind the house is well maintained, regular cleaner, two bathrooms and lots of communal space to enjoy. This is a small house share with only 4 house mates in total and all working professionals.

This rooms offer lots of charm and original features. Light and airy with lots of storage.

THE HOUSE-

There is an abundance of space in this house and retains many original features. There are two bathrooms, very large kitchen with dining area and a lounge area.

There is also a weekly cleaner who takes care of the communal areas, and the ethos of the house is that everyone tides up after themselves to ensure harmony and understanding. The location is great with easy access to the town centre and stations There are also lots of local parks, shops and a host of places to eat right on your doorstep. We are also fully committed to the environment and have implemented steps to help cut down on the houses impact on the environment.

HOUSEMATES
