Stylish double room with shared bathroom available in suburb of Reading/Wokingham. Suited to people on short courses locally and looking for a few days per week for example during periods of transition.

I'm a 39 year old professional living alone in a newly renovated house close to the M4 and good transport links.

Single occupancy preferred although couples welcome. Unfortunately I do not have space in my kitchen/pantry for longer term lodger/guest although this could be negotiated on a short term basis. Two fridges available so space available here.

I WFH within a hybrid remote role Mon-Fri 9-5, so in and out. Guests welcome to work remotely when I'm out downstairs or folding desk can be provided in bedroom at other times.

No terrestrial TV available in the property although screen available to link up to personal devices with WiFi.

Ethernet connection.

Black out covering for window.

Complimentary tea/coffee with ability to make hot drinks upstairs with kettle if desired.

I work full time and enjoy socialising.. massive foodie, enjoy a glass of red and exploring new places. I have recently opened my room to guests on Airbnb/BDC and continue to have varying availability depending on individual requirements.

Preference towards Mon-Fri although some weekends available.
