Double room available October

Decent sized, unfurnished double room in a current 3 bed house share.

Hello there, I’m Dean and my housemates Danny. We currently rent a 3 bed through Haslams, roughly a 2 min walk from Reading West station. Our other housemate is moving out October time and we’re looking for someone to move in to what will be his available room.

Few details:

The house is rented through Haslams. If you choose to take the room we will go through them for the next steps (deposit payments etc…)

Bills aren’t included, but here is a rough breakdown of what we pay currently:
Gas+electric - £18.50
Water - £17.50
Council tax - £61.33
Internet - £12
Overall monthly estimate is roughly £660

The room is unfurnished, however the communal areas have been furnished.

Parking is available via resident permit. The house is a 5min walk from Tesco extra and Lidl, roughly a 15 min walk to town centre with good bus routes a 2 min walk.

We are both working professionals who work in microbiology. We enjoy sports and currently train Muay Thai. We are sociable, clean and friendly. We rent the entire house and are more than open to hosting.
