Room in household with 3 cats close to university

Neighbour houses are shared student houses in a block of 5 terraced houses. Person must be a cat lover and ideally have some experience with cats as 3 cats are living here. Close to 24 hour 17 bus stop and Palmer Park with a gym, shops around the corner, ideally someone without car, permits are hard to get. Room can be rearranged. I haven’t bought bed frame yet, size can be discussed. You would have your own bathroom next to the room, I use the ensuite. It should be a person with a similar routine. Late nights, loud music and parties would not work. I am a professional with a hybrid work schedule. Every second weekend my 15 year old will be here.
