Hi! I'm a working professional in my 30's looking for a tidy and respectful lodger to rent a spacious, furnished double room in my home in West Reading. The room comes with a desk area, shelving and a large wardrobe and draws.

You'll also have use of the kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden/patio. I am a smoker, but I don't smoke in the house - smokers welcome but keep it in the garden. Vaping in the house I am fine with. My friends tell me I'm a down to earth, easy going and friendly person to live with.

Looking for a single lodger who is clean, considerate, and looking for a peaceful place to live. Perfect for a working professional or mature student though all will be considered.

Two weeks deposit and references required. On-street parking is available but requires a permit.

2 Minutes from the 17/16/15 bus stop, 5 Minutes from Tesco Extra and 15 Minutes from Reading West station.
