Large room near Uni and RBH

We have a large double room to let at the front of our ground floor property. Freshly decorated with all necessary appliances (see photos). Shared bathroom next to room and shared kitchen at back of the propertywhich leads on to patio and garden. Bicycles can be kept in secure shed. Park opposite and bus stops a few minutes walk away. Lovely wide road with easy parking (permit needed). We are a retired couple who have visiting grandchildren. We are looking for an easygoing person who is studying or working full-time.
