Short term single room

This is a single room in a shared accommodation for 1 person, apologize it is a bit messy right now as don't find time to organise it😕
it will be available for short term from 15 January to march end(2.5 months approximately) kitchen and toilet are shared with 4 housemates. Very peaceful atmosphere as everyone living are working class and come to home for sleep only.
It is within walking distance to every facility and local restaurants shops, bus stop is 2 mins walk, Tesco and co-op are 3 mins walk, reading uni and town centre are 15 mins walk. Post code is RG1 3QG, Filey road near cemetery junction. Rent is £425 including bills. Please contact if you want short term stay.
