My tenancy take over means the weekly rate of rent you will be paying is £210 all bills included. The new 25/26 rent has increased to £268 so you will be saving £58 per week.

The tenancy will last until end of August 2026. Proof of student status required.

Need someone to takeover the tenancy before 7th of January 2026
