Room Available in Reading

I live in a 2 bed, 2 bath flat in central Reading. My flatmate is moving out at the end of January 2026 and I need someone to take the room. It contains a double bed, wardrobe, and built in shelves. Although the bathroom isn't en-suite you would have sole use of it. The flat is a 15-20 minute walk from the station.

Rent is £750 a month and bills tend to be in the £200-£250pp depending on usage.
No pets allowed, no smoking.

I work as a Train Conductor, I do permanent late shifts. My interests include baking, travelling, musical theatre, and reading. On my days off I tend to go exploring or visiting friends. I'm always up for a games night or a pub quiz.
