Room Available in Reading

I live in a 2 bed, 2 bath flat in central Reading. My flatmate is moving out at the end of January 2026 and I need someone to take the room. It contains a double bed, wardrobe, and built in shelves. Although the bathroom isn't en-suite you would have sole use of it.
No pets allowed, no smoking.
I do shift work, working late shifts. My interests include baking, travelling, musical theatre, and reading. I'm not much of a party animal but up for social outings.
