I'm renting out a double ensuite room suitable for a single person or couple, postgraduates or professionals, in central Reading.

You'll be lodging with me - mid thirties, engineer, cyclist. I spend a lot of time time travelling with work or with my partner, so you'll have plenty of privacy and time for yourselves.

The flat has two bedrooms, you'll have the double en-suite shower room. There's another bathroom with a bath that you can also use. Large kitchen-living room, with windows leading out to the balcony.

The place is fully furnished. Your bedroom has bed with under bed storage, wardrobe, and two chests of drawers. Your bedroom also has a brand new never used mattress. Washer/dryer in laundry cupboard. Basic kitchen utensils and basic cooking equipment. Dining table, chairs and sofa.

The flat has an allocated parking space in the underground gated garage. This can be yours from mid/end of January onwards.

The building has externally facing bike storage (perfect for cheap town bikes), and also has more secure internal bike storage.

All bills included (Council tax, water, electricity, gas, wifi, tv licence).

Ideally you're looking for a 6 month minimum stay, then move on to rolling monthly contract.

Couple: £1,300
