Affordable Student Room Close to Uni Foxhill Road

The room available is on the ground floor at the front of the house, near the front door, and is the room shown in the photos.

The house has a big shared living room that leads straight into a really nice, modern kitchen, which is great for socialising. The bathroom is modern and has a large shower.

There’s also a very large back garden with a covered patio area, which is also perfect for relaxing or socialising when the weather’s good.

We’re open and not overly picky about who we’re looking for, but we would like someone who is respectful of shared spaces, able to keep communal areas clean, and who has good communication with the rest of the housemates.
