Double room available end of January

A room with a double bed available for short lets . Available now up to 1st April. Then from May to July. (Term time) 3 storey house. Top floor occupied by family member. Available room is on 1st floor TV not included sorry but there is a TV sky glass in living room Bathroom shared with one other(female). Although we are a family , we tend to live separately. E. G. We all (3 of us) eat separately as we are adults living different lives. Ages are from 21 to 'me who is older than 50 ! We try to keep the living areas tidy and clean but nothing is perfect as we are busy professionals, sometimes working from home. No clients come into the house though as I work online. My daughter and I run a dancing school but the classes are held elsewhere. The bonus of this house is that it is a 5 minute walk from Reading Train Station Pure Gym is directly opposite. Shops and River Thames in walking distance. Looking for someone quiet, friendly and easy going. Preferably not too many visitors coming and going. Short lets will definitely be considered . We enjoy diversity in this household . . Council tax and bills are included in the rent.
