High ceiling double room available

I am looking for a flatmate to rent with, bills Inc rent currently amass to about 800 each including water, power, internet and council tax. The bathroom is shared but is large and includes a nice bath tub/shower. The room itself has high ceilings and is larger than the average rental in Reading, it currently has a double bed and 2 person sofa in there as well as some other furniture. The kitchen is the smallest room in the flat but still good to cook meals and wash clothes. I do have a cat and will consider other cat owners (assuming they get along) smokers also considered. Parking is available on tarmac off road and at the front of the property and it is also less than a 5 minute walk to Reading west.
