It’s also 15 mins walk from the Royal Berkshire hospital. Bills are included (council tax, gas, electricity and wifi).

The room isn’t ensuite, but upstairs the house benefits from a separate shower room in addition to the bathroom/toilet and there’s a second toilet downstairs. The kitchen is large open plan and you have your own kitchen cupboard, shelf in the fridge and draw in the freezer. The kitchen has all normal appliances including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and lots of shared cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc., though you’re welcome to use your own. There’s lots of additional storage space in the utility room, which has a washing machine with drying rails, sink and storage. There’s also a large lounge with adjoining breakfast/dining room. This all looks out onto a lovely big sunny garden with patio and seating.
