Local Transport - Just 10–15 minutes by direct bus to Reading Town Centre and Reading Station (bus stop only 2 mins walk). Buses are every 10mins.
Reading West Train Station is 20 mins walk.

Your room is thoughtfully set up on the first floor to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!
You’ll have your own mini fridge to keep your drinks chilled and a microwave, perfect for heating up a quick meal. We’ve also included tea, coffee, and a kettle, so you can enjoy a warm drink anytime. For your convenience, we’ve provided cutlery and crockery, along with fresh towels to make you feel right at home.
We have set up a fully equipped room for you with a built in wardrobe for your clothes and luggage storage. You’ll have a shared toilet and bathroom on the ground floor (room is on the first floor).
There’s also a shared living room with a dining area with TV's you’re welcome to use on request, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal indoors.
Electric oven and gas stove in the kitchen are unavailable to guests due to fire safety purposes.
As a bonus, you’ll also have access to our lovely back garden, which includes outdoor dining space for you to enjoy when the weather is nice, a great spot for a morning coffee or a peaceful evening meal.
Your room, bathroom and toilet does not have CCTV's however, the rest of the property is covered by CCTV for safety purposes.
No smoking in the room and inside the property. If a smoke smell is detected then the guest will be charged £100 for professional cleaning.
