It is very close to the train station — just a 3-minute walk — and Sainsbury’s and McDonald’s are conveniently located downstairs.

The current flatmate works nearby and is quiet and easygoing.

This is a sublet under the official tenancy agreement, and the lease can be renewed afterwards.
