Spacious room near the University of Reading

Spacious room near the University of Reading, ground floor, garden, communal kitchen, living room and bathroom. £ 625 all inclusive with parking. Currently ( not including me) three males and one female, there are 7 rooms.
I am leaving and the agent that is managing the house said that if I find someone they will allow me to leave before the 16th May, which is my last day due to notice restrictions. The house is well maintained, they do repairs very quickly when needed.
