I am a private landlord offering family owned property. I have a newly refurbished, non smoking, ground floor studio flat in Reading, not far from the university, and a short bus ride to hospital and Reading town centre.

I am looking to rent the accommodation to a professional looking for clean, tidy, quiet, well maintained accommodation. Party animals and non house proud people please look elsewhere.

Unfortunately no dedicated parking is available.
