My mother and I have a spare room to rent out.

It is the small room in our house, which has a double bed and wardrobe. This room was my little sisters room before she moved out.

We are located in Southcote which is very easy to get into Reading town centre or even to travel to Newbury, Burghfield, Mortimer, Tilehurst etc.

We have a very big back garden and front garden. There is parking available outside the house on the road.

Communal living room and kitchen.

WiFi, gas, electricity, water and council tax bills are included.
