Double Room available in a Victorian terrace

I’m looking for a new housemate to rent a lovely room in a charming Victorian terraced house 8 mins walk from the station. The home has plenty of character, high ceilings, and a warm, relaxed feel.

In addition to your room, you’ll have your own cosy living room area — perfect for unwinding, working, or having your own space when you need it.

The household would suit someone who enjoys the occasional chat or shared evening, but also values their independence and downtime.

There’s also a very friendly dog in the house, so you’ll need to be comfortable around pets (and ideally enjoy having one around!).

Looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing who’s happy to be part of a relaxed and welcoming home.
