Looking for a new lodger for a large double bedroom in a bright and cosy home. You would be living with myself (as a live in Landlord) along with another lodger (female 31) who both get on very well.
It is sociable and relaxed home, where we often cook and eat meals together but also enjoy our own privacy. Both of us have our friends round reasonable often.
